Chief Commercial Officer

Adrian Wallington is a results-driven commercial executive with over 30 years of leadership in the automotive and retail sectors. As Chief Commercial Officer at Huws Gray, he oversees £1.1 billion in procurement, commercial operations, marketing, transport, software development, and e-commerce, leading digital transformation and operational excellence across resale and GNFR procurement.

He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), supporting its mission to set professional standards and advance skills in a rapidly evolving sector.

Previously, Adrian was Commercial Director at Marshall Motor Group, driving digital transformation and OEM partnerships, and Managing Director and shareholder at Endeavour Automotive, where he enhanced profitability and expanded key franchises. Earlier, as Franchise Director for Jaguar Land Rover at Marshall Motor Group, he scaled operations from £191M to £437M turnover across 13 sites.

A Loughborough University graduate, Adrian contributes to several industry councils and taskforces. Known for his relentless drive for improvement, people-first leadership and inspiring high performing teams, he enjoys family life with his wife, four children, and one grandchild—and “trying” to keep fit.
