Andy has been with Huws Gray for over 30 years, joining the business in October 1995. During his time with the business, he has been instrumental in its transformation—joining when it operated just three branches and helping it grow into the nationwide network it is today.

Andy’s influence on the business is evident through his central role in two major investor events and his significant contributions to numerous acquisitions, driving seamless integration and sustainable growth. His long-standing commitment and hands-on leadership have made him a key figure in Huws Gray’s journey from a local merchant to a national leader.

Andy is actively involved in the community having served on a local council, and he continues to support a group responsible for maintaining his local village hall.

With a BSc in Mathematics, Andy brings analytical thinking to his strategic role. Outside of work, he is passionate about sport and fitness, enjoys DIY projects, and coaches an under-15s football team. A lifelong Liverpool FC fan, he brings the same energy and team spirit to his professional and personal life.
