With a distinguished career spanning over two decades in executive leadership, Daksh brings a dynamic, values-driven approach to steering the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

Before joining Huws Gray in January 2024, Daksh was the Group CEO of Marshall Motor Holdings plc since 2008, where he led the business through significant expansion and transformation. Under his leadership at Marshall the Company grew from £300m to £4BN and was ranked in the Best UK workplaces for 8 years in a row. He is also the Non-Executive Chairman of Hendy Group, Vice President of The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), and a former Board Advisor to Ford of Europe. His contributions to the automotive and business sectors earned him induction into the 2023 Automotive Management Industry Hall of Fame.

Daksh is recognised for his tenacious leadership style, commercial acumen, and commitment to building high-performing, purpose-led organisations. He holds a Computer Science degree from Oxford Brookes University and is actively involved in industry and charitable initiatives.

Daksh is married with 3 children and is an avid Manchester United fan.
