Shaun joined the Huws Gray ExCo team in 2025 after a distinguished award-winning career in the automotive industry.  He plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operational strategy and execution across the company’s nationwide network, ensuring that the branches and depots deliver consistent service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, whilst supporting the Group’s ambitious growth plans.

He previously held senior leadership roles at Marshall Motor Group, including Group Used Car Director and Franchise Director for Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, Maserati, and Honda, where he drove profitability, strengthened OEM partnerships, and led large-scale operational teams.

His earlier career included management positions at Jardine Motors Group with Toyota and Lexus and Ford Retail Group, leading a commercial growth vehicle strategy, though a multinational group, this has given a broad foundation in operational excellence and customer-focused leadership.

With a strong skill set in team leadership, and profit growth, Shaun brings a proven track record of delivering results. Shaun has built his career on practical experience, industry knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement. He is widely respected for his ability to inspire high-performing teams and for his dedication to driving sustainable growth.
