With a career spanning more than two decades in HR leadership, Rachel brings a pragmatic, commercial, and values-driven approach to shaping the Group’s people strategy and culture. Her career reflects a consistent focus on enhancing the employee experience and optimising business growth through people.
Before joining Huws Gray, Rachel served as HR Director at the Nestware Group, where she transformed the role and influence of HR at Carpetright Ltd and played a pivotal part in delivering major change programmes across the Group. Her experience also includes senior HR leadership positions at Steinhoff UK Retail and Iceland Frozen Foods Ltd, as well as consultancy work for global brands such as Estée Lauder, where she led complex organisational transformation initiatives.
Rachel is recognised for her drive and ambition, combined with a collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen, and her commitment to creating a truly great place to work.
